Summit Ridge Land is a principal buyer, not a real estate brokerage. We purchase property for our own account. We do not represent you, we owe you no fiduciary duty, and we are not acting as your broker, agent or fiduciary in any transaction.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Selling real property has legal and tax consequences that depend on your circumstances. You should consult your own attorney, accountant or financial adviser before selling, and we encourage you to do so.

Accuracy of information
